Service Description

8 Private In-Person Training Sessions (2x per week, 50–60 minutes each) tailored to your individual fitness goals. Initial Fitness & Lifestyle Assessment Baseline testing for strength, mobility, and overall fitness so we can track your progress. Progress Tracking Monthly check-in on strength, mobility, or measurements to celebrate wins and adjust as needed. Accountability & Support Light goal-setting, lifestyle tips, and messaging access for quick questions between sessions. Basic Nutrition Guidance Healthy eating tips and strategies to support your fitness journey (not a custom nutrition plan).


Cancellation Policy

Scheduling Sessions -Sessions must be booked in advance through the approved scheduling system (or directly with Erika). -Bookings are confirmed once scheduled; availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. -Members are encouraged to schedule recurring weekly times to secure preferred slots. Cancellations / Rescheduling -A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. -Late cancellations will result in the session being forfeited. -No-shows count as a completed session and cannot be rescheduled. Session Expiration -Sessions must be used within the billing cycle. -Sessions do not roll over unless one emergency rollover is approved in advance. Trainer Cancellations -If Erika needs to cancel, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
